We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below. These conditions are designed to prevent misuse and ensure that customers genuinely try the product as directed.

By requesting a refund, you agree to follow the full process and provide all required evidence.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted between Day 45 and Day 90 after delivery.

    (This prevents “instant refunds” before someone has realistically used the product.)

Requests outside this window are automatically rejected.

2. Required Evidence of Proper Use

To qualify for a refund, customers must provide clear, verifiable proof that they used the supplement daily as recommended for at least 45 consecutive days.

Acceptable evidence includes the following:

  1. A photo of the used bottles, showing:
    The bottle(s) received
    Lot number and expiration date
    Visible signs of daily opening and use

  2. A written explanation (minimum 150 words) describing:

    How you used the product
    Why you believe it did not work for you
    Any effects noticed (positive or negative)

We reserve the right to reject logs or photos that appear incomplete, edited, fabricated, or inconsistent.

3. Return of Product

  • Customers must return all bottles received — empty, partially used, or unopened.
  • Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds are processed only after the return is received and inspected.

4. Conditions That Void the Guarantee

No refund will be issued if:

  • The customer did not follow the daily usage recommendation
  • Required evidence is incomplete, unclear, or unverifiable
  • Bottles cannot be returned
  • The request is made before Day 45 or after Day 90
  • The customer is found to have attempted multiple refunds across different orders
  • There is any sign of fraudulent activity

5. Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
